Physical Therapist

Location: Topeka, KS

Midland Care is excited to announce an opening for a Physical Therapist to join our team at PACE, where we provide exceptional care to our senior population.

Summary:
The Physical Therapist will assess, treat, and support patients with physical injuries or disabilities, helping them enhance mobility and manage pain in a compassionate and holistic environment.

Midland Care’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.

Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

Salary starting at $84,0000+ annually (based on requirements and like experience)

$3,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-time

Qualifications

Required: Graduate of an accredited entry-level program in physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, the council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association, or other equivalent organizations approved by the Secretary, Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Current unrestricted Kansas State license to practice as a physical therapist. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. One year of professional experience required, minimum one year experience working with the frail and elderly population, home care or geriatric experience.
