Midland Care has an opening for a Certified Aide to join our team in the Lawrence, Kansas area.

Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional in-home care to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for compassionate individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of others.

Both Full-time & Part-time Available: Weekends 7am - 7pm

Pay Rate: CNA - $16.80/hr+ (based on experience) | HHA - $18.25/hr+ (based on experience)

Sign on for CNAs is $1,000 for Full Time or $500 for Part Time

HHAs will receive a sign on of $1,500 for Full Time or $750 for Part Time

***CNA's receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days.

Shift differential rates:

• $1.50 for weekend hours between 8am - 5pm
• $2 for weekend hours after 5pm - 8pm

Qualifications
Required: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment.

Preferred: One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
