Facility Maintenance

Summary:
Our Facility Maintenance team plays a crucial role in implementing facility maintenance policies and procedures efficiently to meet patient/client/co-worker needs, adhere to regulations, and maintain a safe environment. You will be responsible for the proper maintenance of machinery, systems, and housekeeping standards while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, Building Codes, Life Safety Codes, ADA, and energy conservation practices.

Employment Status: Full Time | Monday - Friday, 8a-5p

Pay Rate $18.50+/hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Respond effectively to inquiries and complaints.
  • Adhere to OSHA standards, Building Codes, and ADA requirements.
  • Participate in staff meetings and utilize computer programs for daily organization.
  • Work independently on projects and with vendors under Facilities Managers' guidance.
  • Be on call one week a month after 6 months of training.

Qualifications

Required: Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Power Plant (boiler and chiller) certification and/or experience. Must have at least 4 years of field maintenance experience and 2 year technical degree, building maintenance certification or two years in facility maintenance lead role. Required to have a high school diploma or GED. Must be highly skilled in one of the following areas: electrical, heating and air, plumping, and carpentry.
