Compliance Auditor

Location: Topeka, KS

Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to join our team. As a Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for examining our company's operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Your expertise will help us identify potential risks and implement necessary controls to maintain compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, exceptional analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.

Employment Status: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: Starts at $49,600/annually

Qualifications

Required:

Two years of experience in a detail-oriented position or relevant education. Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels. Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well with others, inspire confidence and respect and evidence strong moral character and ethical behavior. Demonstrate ability to utilize technology to display data analysis. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland Care policy.

Preferred: Previous experience working with healthcare accreditation, auding, and/or compliance. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Demonstrates understanding of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the following programs: hospice, home health, outpatient physician services, private duty nursing, PACE, adult day Health, residential, board and care home, assisted living, and home plus.
