Clinical Educator - Clinical Services

Location: Topeka, KS

Join our team as a Clinical Educator - Midland Care is a forward-thinking organization committed to the continuous growth and development of our employees.

Summary:
In this role you will play a key role in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that address the needs of patients and staff while ensuring compliance with regulations. This position focuses on hospice, home health, palliative care, and administration programs, and includes responsibilities such as data entry, maintenance of education systems, teaching educational sessions, conducting competencies, and reporting to the Director of Education.

Full-time: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

Pay Rate starting at $68,000+ /annually (pay is based on like experience/requirements)

Qualifications:
Required: Current RN license in the state of Kansas, with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders. Ability to maintain records, files, and confidentiality. Must have a valid Kansas or Missouri Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance, and meet the organization’s insurability standard.

Preferred: Experience in educating/training adult learners, particularly in home nursing (e.g., hospice, home health, or palliative care).
