PACE Health Plan Manager

Join our team as a PACE Health Plan Manager and make a difference in the lives of our participants!

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our health plan programs, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing, be highly organized and have strong customer service skills.

Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

Pay Rate starting at $55,800+ /annually (pay is based on like experience/requirements)

Qualifications

Strong data management skills; Computer literate; Knowledge and ability to utilize Performance Improvement scientific tools; Working knowledge of geriatrics and continuum of Long Term Care; Working knowledge of 24-hour care delivery systems; Working knowledge of HMOs; Experience in PACE Program is highly desirable. Degree in Business, Public Health Administration, HealthCare Management, Health Care Administration or related Human Services field and previous experience in healthcare data collection, analysis and reporting preferred. Must possess valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy.
