Midland Care is hiring for Home Health Aides to provide essential care services within our local community.

Summary:
As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Employment Status: Full-time: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: CNA - $15+/hour | HHA - $17+/hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)

Sign on for CNAs is $1,000 | HHAs will receive a sign on of $1,500

***CNA's receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days.

Shift differential rates:

• $1 for weekday hours after 5pm - 8am
• $1.50 for weekend hours between 8am - 5pm
• $2 for weekend hours after 5pm - 8pm

Qualifications
Required: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment.

Preferred: One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
