Community Care Hospice, a collaboration of several non-profit senior living communities, is seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Home Health Aide to join our team.

Summary:
Our mission is to deliver exemplary end-of-life care to residents in Saline, McPherson, Marion, Reno, and Harvey Counties. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients in their homes. Your dedication and commitment will contribute to the highest quality of care and a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees. Whether you are an experienced HHA or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) interested in obtaining your HHA certification, we welcome you to join us in delivering the highest quality of care to our community.

Schedule: PRN

Pay: $18.90 per hour

Qualifications

Required: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from the state of Kansas. HHA certifications obtained on or after July 1, 2017 must be Class A HHA certifications. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Due to insurance company requirements, must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred: One or more years of experience as a Home Health Aide.
